How to read a remote posting
Read the location line inside the posting itself. If it names a country, a timezone band, or says “must reside in”, the role is not worldwide no matter what tag the board applied. Per-country salary floors and visa paperwork are in Relocating as a senior Vietnamese IT engineer.
